About the role
We are seeking a Chief Product Officer to own the vision and strategy for our entire product portfolio. You will set the roadmap direction, build a strong product and design organization, and make sure every bet ties back to real customer value and business outcomes. This role fits a leader who can zoom from a five-year product vision down to why a single metric moved, without losing either perspective.

Responsibilities
- Define the multi-year product vision and strategy across all product lines
- Set portfolio-level roadmap priorities and the principles behind them
- Build, structure, and develop the product management and design teams
- Establish the metrics and outcomes each product team is accountable for
- Partner with engineering on delivery, technical trade-offs, and capacity
- Align product strategy with sales, marketing, and go-to-market plans
- Champion deep customer research and translate insight into product bets
- Oversee pricing, packaging, and lifecycle decisions across the portfolio
- Present product strategy and progress to the CEO and board
- Balance near-term delivery with long-term platform and innovation investment
Requirements
- 12 or more years in product management, including senior product leadership
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, design, or business field; advanced degree a plus
- A track record of shipping successful products and scaling product teams
- Experience owning product strategy across multiple products or lines
- Strong grasp of product metrics, discovery methods, and go-to-market alignment
