The guide
How the AI interview question generator works
What the generator builds
Enter a role, a seniority and the skills that matter, and the generator returns a structured kit: two or three screening questions, behavioral questions about past work, situational questions about what the candidate would do, and role-specific questions on the skills you named. Each question carries a short note on what a strong answer sounds like, so whoever runs the interview is listening for the same things.
Why structure beats improvising
Interviews where every candidate gets the same questions, scored against the same notes, predict performance far better than conversations that wander. They are also easier to defend. The kit gives you that structure in a minute, and you can cut or reword any question before you use it.
Using the kit
Six to ten questions is right for a forty-five to sixty minute interview. Pick the ones that matter for this hire, keep the listen-for notes next to each, and score during the conversation rather than from memory afterwards. If you want evidence before the interview, the same role and skills can become a pre-interview assessment on springhire.
