The guide
How the job description generator works
What the generator produces
A complete job description in the structure hiring teams publish: a short summary of the role, the responsibilities as a list, the requirements and skills, and the practical details such as employment type, location and experience. It draws on real role templates for the wording, so the result reads like a posting rather than a form.
Writing a description that attracts the right people
Lead with what the person will own and who they will work with, not with the company history. Keep responsibilities to six or eight concrete lines. Separate must-have requirements from nice-to-haves, because every extra must-have shrinks the pool, and women in particular apply less when they do not meet every line. State the location, the working pattern and the salary band if you can.
After the description is written
Copy it to your careers page or job board, or download it to share with the hiring manager. Then decide how you will screen the applicants it brings in. The skills in the description are the skills to test, and springhire turns the same list into a first round of skills tests and video questions.
