An invitation nobody opens costs nothing, a candidate who starts and abandons costs nothing, and a candidate ruled out by your knock-out questions costs nothing. Qualifying questions and resume screening are free; skills, psychometric and culture tests cost 1 credit each, and video interviews are metered by question count.
