About the role

We are looking for a CMO to own our brand, positioning, and growth engine end to end. You will set the marketing strategy, lead the teams behind demand, product marketing, and brand, and tie marketing spend directly to pipeline and revenue. This is a role for a leader who is as comfortable defending a brand narrative as they are reading a CAC-to-LTV chart.

Responsibilities

  • Set the overall marketing strategy and align it to company growth goals
  • Own brand positioning, messaging, and the company narrative across markets
  • Lead demand generation across paid, organic, content, and lifecycle channels
  • Tie marketing spend to pipeline, CAC, LTV, and revenue with clear reporting
  • Build and develop teams across brand, growth, product marketing, and content
  • Partner with sales to align on pipeline targets, handoffs, and messaging
  • Guide product marketing on launches, positioning, and competitive strategy
  • Own the marketing budget and allocate it across channels for the best return
  • Oversee market research and customer insight to sharpen targeting
  • Represent the brand externally through PR, events, and thought leadership

Requirements

  • 12 or more years in marketing, including senior leadership of a marketing team
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • A proven record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth
  • Experience owning both brand and performance marketing at scale
  • Strong command of marketing analytics, budgeting, and attribution
