  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and drive them to close against monthly quota
  • Send timely, personalized follow-ups and sequences to keep deals moving
  • Log every call, email, and stage change accurately in the CRM
  • Prepare quotes, handle basic objections, and negotiate standard terms
  • Book qualified meetings for larger deals with field or senior reps when needed
  • Maintain a clean forecast and flag at-risk deals early in pipeline reviews
  • Hit daily activity targets for calls, emails, and demos booked
  • Share recurring objections and competitor intel back to marketing and product

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 or more years in a quota-carrying sales or SDR role, ideally remote
  • Proven track record of hitting or beating activity and revenue targets
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong phone and video presence with clear, persuasive communication
