Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize the CRM, keeping fields, stages, and data clean
  • Build and maintain sales dashboards and reporting for reps and leadership
  • Run the weekly forecast and pipeline review cadence with sales managers
  • Design and manage territory and quota plans each planning cycle
  • Own the sales tech stack, from prospecting tools to CPQ and analytics
  • Analyze funnel conversion and win rates to surface where deals stall
  • Streamline the deal desk, approvals, and quote-to-cash workflow
  • Manage commission calculations and partner with finance on payouts
  • Document sales processes and playbooks so onboarding is repeatable
  • Partner with marketing on lead routing, scoring, and attribution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a related field
  • 4 or more years in sales operations, revenue operations, or business analysis
  • Deep hands-on experience administering a CRM such as Salesforce
  • Proven ability to build forecasts, dashboards, and territory or quota models
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in spreadsheets and reporting tools
