We need a VP of Product to lead product strategy and execution across a core part of our business. You will set the roadmap, coach a team of product managers, and make sure the work ships with measurable impact on customers and revenue. This role is a fit for a leader who can hold a clear strategy while staying close enough to the details to unblock teams and raise the bar on product quality.

Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for a major business area or product line
- Lead, hire, and coach a team of product managers toward strong outcomes
- Define success metrics for each initiative and hold teams to them
- Prioritize the roadmap against customer needs, data, and business goals
- Partner with engineering leadership on delivery, staffing, and trade-offs
- Work with design to raise the quality and usability bar on shipped work
- Align with sales and marketing on launches, positioning, and feedback loops
- Run product discovery and translate research into a validated backlog
- Report roadmap progress, risks, and results to executive leadership
- Establish product operating rhythms such as reviews, planning, and retros
Requirements
- 8 or more years in product management, including experience managing PMs
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, design, or business field
- A track record of shipping products that moved clear business metrics
- Experience owning a roadmap for a significant product area or line
- Strong skills in prioritization, discovery, and stakeholder communication
