We are looking for a Community Manager to be the voice of our brand and the champion of our members. You will grow and moderate our communities, spark conversations, and turn members into advocates while feeding their insights back to the business. Responsibilities

  • Grow membership across forums, social channels, and community platforms
  • Respond to comments, questions, and messages in the brand voice
  • Moderate discussions and enforce community guidelines fairly
  • Plan and run events, AMAs, and campaigns that spark engagement
  • Identify and nurture power users, advocates, and ambassadors
  • Gather member feedback and share insights with product and marketing
  • Create and schedule community content and conversation starters
  • Track engagement, sentiment, and community growth metrics
  • Escalate support issues and coordinate responses with internal teams
  • Onboard new members and keep the community welcoming and active

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2 or more years managing an online community or social channels
  • Proven experience growing engagement on a platform like Discord, Slack, or Reddit
  • Excellent written communication and a knack for reading tone
  • Availability to monitor and respond across time zones as needed
