Key responsibilities

  • Plan and run multi-channel marketing campaigns end to end
  • Own the marketing budget, calendar, and performance targets
  • Turn campaign data into decisions that improve results

Responsibilities

  • Develop quarterly marketing plans mapped to business goals
  • Plan and launch campaigns across email, social, content, paid, and web
  • Own and allocate the marketing budget across channels and initiatives
  • Brief and manage designers, writers, and agencies on deliverables
  • Track KPIs such as leads, CAC, conversion, and pipeline contribution
  • Run A/B tests and optimize campaigns based on the results
  • Maintain the content and campaign calendar across the team
  • Partner with sales to align on lead quality and handoff
  • Manage the brand voice and consistency across all channels
  • Report campaign performance and recommendations to leadership

Requirements

  • 4 or more years in marketing, with experience owning campaigns end to end
  • A track record of running campaigns that hit measurable growth goals
  • Experience managing a budget and coordinating creative resources
  • Fluency with marketing analytics and tools such as GA4 and a CRM
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
