HR Glossary
What is Change Agent?
An individual, often in HR or leadership, who drives organizational change by influencing attitudes, building coalitions, and removing barriers so that new processes, structures, or cultural shifts actually take hold across the company.
Why it matters in hiring
Change Agent comes up whenever teams compare candidates, set policy or report on people data. Getting the definition right keeps decisions consistent, which is the same reason springhire scores every applicant against the same criteria rather than on impression.
