What is Grievance Policy?
A formal written procedure that gives employees a structured way to raise workplace complaints, concerns, or disputes, and defines how the organization will investigate, respond to, and resolve those issues within set timeframes.
Why it matters in hiring
Grievance Policy comes up whenever teams compare candidates, set policy or report on people data. Getting the definition right keeps decisions consistent, which is the same reason springhire scores every applicant against the same criteria rather than on impression.
