What is Instructor-Led Training (ILT)?
Training delivered by a facilitator in real-time, either in a physical classroom or through a virtual platform, where the instructor controls pacing, facilitates discussion, and provides immediate feedback to learners.
Why it matters in hiring
Instructor-Led Training (ILT) comes up whenever teams compare candidates, set policy or report on people data. Getting the definition right keeps decisions consistent, which is the same reason springhire scores every applicant against the same criteria rather than on impression.
