What is Labour Court?

A specialized judicial body established under India's Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 to adjudicate disputes between employers and workers relating to dismissals, retrenchments, working conditions, and the interpretation of standing orders and awards.

Why it matters in hiring

Labour Court comes up whenever teams compare candidates, set policy or report on people data. Getting the definition right keeps decisions consistent, which is the same reason springhire scores every applicant against the same criteria rather than on impression.
