What is Mid-Year Review?
A halfway performance check-in conducted at the six-month mark to assess progress against annual goals, recalibrate priorities, and address issues before the year-end evaluation.
Why it matters in hiring
Mid-Year Review comes up whenever teams compare candidates, set policy or report on people data. Getting the definition right keeps decisions consistent, which is the same reason springhire scores every applicant against the same criteria rather than on impression.
