What is NLRB - National Labor Relations Board?
The independent US federal agency responsible for enforcing the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), protecting employees' rights to organize, conducting union representation elections, and investigating unfair labor practice charges against employers and unions.
Why it matters in hiring
NLRB - National Labor Relations Board comes up whenever teams compare candidates, set policy or report on people data. Getting the definition right keeps decisions consistent, which is the same reason springhire scores every applicant against the same criteria rather than on impression.
