What is Real-Time Feedback?
Performance input delivered immediately or very soon after an observed behavior, event, or deliverable, allowing employees to understand the impact of their actions while the context is still fresh and behavior change is most achievable.
Why it matters in hiring
Real-Time Feedback comes up whenever teams compare candidates, set policy or report on people data. Getting the definition right keeps decisions consistent, which is the same reason springhire scores every applicant against the same criteria rather than on impression.
