What is Skills Intelligence?
The practice of collecting, analyzing, and applying data about workforce skills to drive decisions across hiring, development, internal mobility, and workforce planning, typically powered by AI that ingests both internal employee data and external labor market signals.
Why it matters in hiring
Skills Intelligence comes up whenever teams compare candidates, set policy or report on people data. Getting the definition right keeps decisions consistent, which is the same reason springhire scores every applicant against the same criteria rather than on impression.
