What is Workload Management?
The practice of distributing, monitoring, and adjusting work assignments across a team or organization to ensure tasks are completed on time, quality standards are met, and employees aren't overburdened or underutilized.
Why it matters in hiring
Workload Management comes up whenever teams compare candidates, set policy or report on people data. Getting the definition right keeps decisions consistent, which is the same reason springhire scores every applicant against the same criteria rather than on impression.
