Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure work is delivered on time and to standard
- Map, document, and continuously improve core processes and standard operating procedures
- Set and track operational KPIs such as throughput, cost per unit, and on-time delivery
- Lead, schedule, and develop operations staff across shifts or teams
- Identify bottlenecks and run improvement projects using lean or similar methods
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships, contracts, and service levels
- Own operational budgets and control costs against plan
- Coordinate across sales, finance, and customer teams to align on capacity and demand
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance requirements are met
- Report operational performance and improvement plans to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field
- 5 or more years of operations experience, including managing teams
- Proven track record of process improvement and hitting delivery or cost targets
- Experience owning budgets and operational KPIs
- Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions with data
