Day-to-day responsibilities
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory reordering
- Coordinate with landlords, cleaners, IT, and maintenance vendors
- Own the office budget and track spending on supplies and services
- Plan and organize team events, celebrations, and offsites
- Handle mail, deliveries, and front-desk or reception duties
- Onboard new hires with desks, access badges, and equipment
- Maintain health, safety, and security procedures for the workplace
- Book travel and manage meeting-room and calendar logistics
- Negotiate and renew contracts for office services and subscriptions
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee facilities requests
Requirements
- 2 or more years in office management, administration, or operations support
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and office logistics
- Proficiency with office software such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle many requests at once
