Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria at kickoff
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and keep everyone accountable to commitments
  • Track and manage dependencies, risks, and issues with clear mitigation plans
  • Run stand-ups, status meetings, and steering updates for stakeholders
  • Manage scope changes through a clear request and approval process
  • Track budget, resources, and utilization against the plan
  • Maintain project documentation, decisions, and action logs in tools like Jira or Asana
  • Report progress, risks, and blockers clearly to leadership and sponsors
  • Run project retrospectives and capture lessons for the next initiative

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field
  • 3 or more years of project management experience delivering cross-functional projects
  • Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or a Scrum certification is a plus
