About the role
We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead how we source and buy across the company. You will run competitive sourcing, negotiate contracts, and manage a portfolio of suppliers to drive down cost while protecting quality and continuity. The ideal candidate is a sharp negotiator with strong commercial judgment and a knack for building supplier relationships that last.
Key responsibilities

- Manage supplier relationships, risk, and performance
Responsibilities
- Run sourcing events including RFQs, RFPs, and reverse auctions
- Negotiate pricing, terms, SLAs, and contracts with suppliers
- Build and manage a preferred supplier base and category strategies
- Analyze spend by category to find savings and consolidation opportunities
- Track supplier performance through scorecards and quarterly business reviews
- Assess and mitigate supplier risk including financial, quality, and continuity
- Manage purchase requisitions, approvals, and the purchase-order workflow
- Partner with legal on contract terms, renewals, and compliance
- Set and monitor procurement policies, budgets, and cost-savings targets
- Maintain accurate supplier and pricing data in the ERP or procurement system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, or a related field
- 5 or more years in procurement or strategic sourcing, including team or category ownership
- Proven track record delivering measurable cost savings through negotiation
- Experience with procurement or ERP systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle
- Strong understanding of contracts, terms, and supplier risk management
