springhire builds AI-powered skills testing for hiring teams, and gives away the everyday HR tools that make the rest of the process faster.
What we are building
Most hiring decisions are still made on two of the weakest signals available: a resume and a first impression. We are building a skills testing platform where teams pick from hundreds of ready-made tests, cognitive ability, coding, software skills, language and role-specific knowledge, send candidates one link, and get back an AI-scored, ranked shortlist backed by evidence.
Alongside the product, we maintain a library of over 800 free resources for hiring teams: interview question kits, job description templates, salary calculators, HR policies, surveys and checklists, all free, no signup required. They are researched, written and reviewed by the springhire team and updated as hiring practice changes.

Resumes exaggerate and unstructured interviews reward confidence over competence. Every product we ship pushes hiring decisions toward the same objective evidence for every candidate.
Useful before paid

Respect the candidate's time
