What we are building

Most hiring decisions are still made on two of the weakest signals available: a resume and a first impression. We are building a skills testing platform where teams pick from hundreds of ready-made tests, send candidates one link, and get back an AI-scored, ranked shortlist backed by evidence.

Alongside the product, we maintain a library of over 800 free resources for hiring teams: interview question kits, job description templates, salary calculators, HR policies, surveys and checklists, all free, no sign-up required. They are researched, written and reviewed by the springhire team and updated as hiring practice changes.
