Graphic Designer Job Description
About the role
We want a Graphic Designer who can take a brief and turn it into visuals that stop the scroll and stay on brand. From social graphics and ad creative to presentations, print collateral, and marketing assets, you will produce a steady stream of work that is polished, consistent, and on message. The ideal candidate juggles multiple projects, welcomes feedback, and treats brand guidelines as a foundation rather than a cage.
Key responsibilities
- Design on-brand visuals for digital, social, and print channels
- Own brand consistency across all creative output
- Deliver production-ready files on deadline across multiple projects
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Design social media graphics, ad creative, and campaign visuals from briefs
- Produce print collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, and packaging
- Lay out presentations, one-pagers, and reports that read cleanly
- Create and maintain brand assets, templates, and style guidelines
- Retouch and prepare images, illustrations, and iconography for use
- Prepare press-ready files with correct bleed, color profiles, and resolution
- Adapt core designs into multiple sizes and formats for each channel
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback across rounds of revisions
- Manage and organize asset libraries so files are easy to find and reuse
- Keep every deliverable aligned with brand colors, type, and tone
Requirements
- 2 or more years of graphic design experience in-house or at an agency
- A portfolio demonstrating range across digital and print work
- Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or equivalent experience
- Strong grasp of layout, color, typography, and print production basics
