01What is the Numerical Reasoning Test?

Numerical reasoning is one of the most widely used and best validated forms of cognitive assessment in hiring. Rather than testing textbook mathematics, it asks candidates to reason with numbers the way jobs actually demand: working out a discount, spotting a trend, pulling the right figure from a table, or checking whether a calculation makes sense. This intermediate-level test uses 24 timed multiple-choice questions in realistic business contexts. 02How does the Numerical Reasoning Test work?

Candidates answer 24 multiple-choice questions in 10 minutes, six from each of the four dimensions. Every question has four options and exactly one correct answer worth one point, with no negative marking.
