Everything about the Warehouse Associate Test
This test is one part of screening every applicant from one link: add a one-way video interview and resume scoring, and compare candidates in one report.
What is the Warehouse Associate Test?
The Warehouse Associate Test is built for high-volume warehouse hiring. Picking and packing questions cover reading pick lists and locations, pick paths, short picks, packing fragile and liquid items and accuracy versus speed. Receiving and stock questions cover checking deliveries, putaway, FIFO, count differences, damaged goods and location labels. Safety questions cover forklifts, racking damage, lifting, blades, PPE and fire alarms. Teamwork questions cover shift handovers, returning equipment, disagreements with a lead and raising improvement ideas. The scenarios suit ecommerce fulfillment, retail distribution and third-party logistics sites.
What the Warehouse Associate Test does not measure
It does not measure physical fitness or certify equipment use such as forklifts. Confirm any license the role needs separately.
How does the Warehouse Associate Test work?
The Warehouse Associate Test is an auto-scored multiple-choice test. Each candidate answers 20 questions drawn at random from a bank of 60, so two candidates rarely see the same set, and most finish in 8 to 12 minutes. The questions are spread evenly across picking and packing, receiving and stock, safety and teamwork and reliability, with a mix of easy, medium and hard items, and the report shows a score for each area as well as an overall score.
Why is the Warehouse Associate Test important to employers?
Warehouses hire in volume, and every mispick, damaged parcel or safety incident costs money and customer trust. Associates who check carefully, work safely and show up reliably are worth far more than fast but careless ones. This test shows those habits from one link, before you schedule shifts.
